Freestyle Seminar
On Saturday the 28th February 2015 we are holding a Freestyle Seminar, where you can learn or improve on a number of neat skills.
- Handstands
- Headstands
- Forward / Backward Rolls
- Splits
- Cartwheels
- …. and lots more cool stuff
It promises to be a fun afternoon and is open to children and adults of all abilities.
Children 7+ and adults more than welcome – entry is only £5.00
The seminar starts at 4pm and finishes around 5pm.
